The Other Side pt 2     So eight o’ clock rolls around and there we are, sitting in the cell, listening like children to a bedtime story, ‘cept this wasn’t no nursery rhyme Isaiah was telling Mike and I.  
     “You’ve noticed the way the guards face away, like they’re not really watching us, right?”       We nodded.  
     “Well truth is, those guns and fences and watchtowers aren’t for us. They’re not keeping us in, more like keeping something out.” Isaiah paused to see if we were paying atte The Other Side pt 2

The Other Side pt 1     It was the perfect crime. We just weren’t the perfect criminals. Got caught about a mile out of town. Didn’t mean to kill that cop. He just come up on us so fast. Shot was off before you could blink. The trial was quick. It was obvious we did it. Not a chance we would get let off. Mike and I pleaded guilty. What could we do? We’re just bad criminals. What could the judge do? Sentence us to prison, that’s what he did. That’s how we ended up here.       I remember the day they brought us in. 1.) I started a Dead Poet's Society at my college. We are up to about 9 or 10 members and growing all the time!

2.) I am obsessed with Germany (especially my fav band Rammstein) and I absolutely LOVE the German language.

3.) My favorite book is The Catcher in the Rye, and I went on a pilgrimage to New York City to retrace Holden Caulfield's journey (minus the whore).

4.) I have a thing for big German men (Till baby!). And I also have a thing for assholes. Not intentionally, it just happens that way.

5.) I was named after Bruce Springsteen's ex-wife. Better than being named after his current wife, lols.

6.) I can change the size of my pupils on command. I know, I'm a freak.

7.) I practice Buddhism and Catholicism (bet you didn't even think that was possible!).

8.) My tastes tend to be a bit on the morbid side...
